I cannot be more excited that I have officially registered for my final pre-culinary classes and will begin May 14th. I am required to take CAP 103 Introduction to Professional Cooking and also CBPA 103 Introduction to Professional Baking since I am doing to culinary program but also doing the extra baking and pastry program. I was so nervous about getting in because of how competitive it is but thankfully I did!
They are both two week hybrid classes and will be physically and mentally demanding but I would not have it any other way. I am so happy to begin both because that means I can actually apply to the culinary program. I am hoping that since I am taking the first available class that I will be able to apply early enough to be admitted into the program for fall-we’ll see! Keeping my fingers crossed.
