jenna daykin va and systems implementation for travel professionals

This year has been challenging + unexpected, to say the least. We cannot control the outcome but we can control our outlook + the attitude we spread no matter what is going on in the world. This reminds me of one of my favorite quotes:

It is important we are in tune with ourselves, how we are feeling, + our outlook but this goes deeper than that. I may not be the person that will come up with a solution to worldly challenges, but I can be the person to make my family, friends, neighbors, + strangers alike feel loved, appreciated, + supported. That’s a small way to make the world a better place + I do take that responsibility ever so seriously. One way to do this is through random acts of kindness. I put together a list of some ways I have been going about this:

Sometimes we may also need to do a little random act of kindness for ourselves, too! Treat yourself to a latte, buy yourself some flowers, take the time to listen to what’s on your heart…because the better we feel, the better we can make the people around us feel.

Maybe you have some suggestions I can add to my list? I would love to hear them!
