The days after Rome were quite crazy and tiresome, yet so rewarding. After leaving my first of three visits to Rome, I met up with our clients that were traveling with us. All 400 of them, yes! It took me until a little after the tour to actually feel accomplished but very proud to say that they were happy with their travels and experienced some experiences of a lifetime.

The gin bar and Austrian style tapas was the evening plan. This evening goes down to be my favorite evening in Austria. I love a quaint bar that has a story and cozy feel to it. This was exactly it! Add in craft cocktails and it is hard to ever get me to leave. The bar was considered a “speak easy” bar.

That was my introduction to Bianca’s demo kitchen. Bianca is the head chef and our host for the evening. We are taken upstairs where they have a sommelier and large display of appetizer to snack on before we begin. We are greeted with a glass of rosé upon entering and split into three teams to make a three course meal. The three meals represent three Austrian cities – Salzburg, Innsbruck, and Vienna.
